I went to purchase a ticket for a lovely lunch cruise for a special occasion on August 21, but the day after I purchased my ticket, the cruise line emailed me and said they canceled the cruise that day. No explanation as to why and offered no refund! I am appalled. I am trying to dispute this but to no avail so far. I could understand if I had canceled, but they canceled on me!
