If there was one thing I would of done different in my divorce was to hire Jaz cornish. EDIT..The reason for this she makes trouble so it costs you a lot more. The kind of trouble that your child won't forget. You have been warned
I had approximately 1 year of dealing with Cornish Lawyers, Richard and Jaz in particular. If it wasn’t so expensive to change lawyers halfway through my proceedings I would have done it in a heart beat. Be aware of their charges, read the fine print of their costs notice very carefully. When I dare question the costs associated with my matter, I was met with nothing but threats of extra costs and lead to Jaz putting a caveat on my properties the day before the sale was finalised, and wasn’t lifted until they were paid.
