The owners are experts in all things biking. For years they have serviced and repaired bicycles for my family. Recently they helped me pick out the right new bike for me. They took the time to understand how I plan to use the bike and the conditions in which I expect to ride. I asked them to recommend safety gear and appreciate the advice they gave me. Nice bikes, No integrity – Corning Bike Works offers a lot of nice bicycles, but no customer service. I made the mistake of buying my last bike from Corning Bike Works. I knew what I wanted, but because they did not have it in stock, the owner of Corning Bike Works was kind enough to order it for me. Trek sent him the bike, he assembled it, and I paid for it.
