Would never use them , found them to be very impersonal and cold in most communications . Toward to end I received an e.mail from them stating ; That they had nothing on my behalf and that I should contact the Solicitor who acted for me previously . Well , it was one of their Solicitors who acted for me previously , and the person who sent me this e.mail was the one who signed stating that they had my documents .
