All they care about is controlling you and using those poor kiddos against you. Expect you to run on their time but when you ask for help they always have an excuse why they can’t or they don’t return your call or texts. They also claim they have custody but I didn’t know having custody of kids is only a 8-5 job with weekends off. They make you never want to take kids in again. High turn over, cant seem to figure out how to help us and then drops my sponsorship because of me doing exactly what i was instructed to do. I cant add more info due to privacy but they need new management for sure.

Very unprofessional case worker hung up on my sister because she was upset she didn't get her scheduled visit. Visits not regular. Was one hour weekly visit judge said more time and they gave her 2 hours a week. And don't even show up for those. They need to do better about reintegrating the children with their family.
