If I could give negative stars, I would. These people are negligent. They pick sides and switch up on a dime. Their "case managers" have zero education or training. Avoid at all costs! Call your lawyers or the child's GAL. Protect these kids. They deserve better. This place needs to shut down. Disgusting!!!
This place and it's caseworkers are ridiculous!! For starters there is NOT, nor has there ever been, a legitimate reason for this so called business to take "possession" of the child I am acquainted with!! They get their dirty hands on babies/kids then use them for very immoral and unethical purposes. Just like the other reviews say they DO NOT inform you of any of the "required" court dates, visits, etc. They do not set up visitations in advance so you can plan accordingly, they make sure to take vacation over holidays so t... read more
This place should be shutdown. The caseworkers and team withhold information, fst meetings and court dates. They do not follow state statue and do whatever they want. They are not reunification or keeping the kids with qualified family members. I have filed several grievances on this company. Hopefully the State of Missouri takes these issues seriously and does a thorough investigation on them.
If I could I would give this place zero stars. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. They by no means stay in contact or keep the family up to date about what's going on with the child. They refuse to answer their phones or call you back. Told my little sister at the beginning of this week that they had a placement for her and she would be picked up from where she is today and now they say they have nowhere for her to go.
