Mike is a genuine, smart and caring individual. He answered all my questions without judgment. Throughout the time I worked with him he continued to encourage and motivate me. He helped me discover a new diet that I will continue because I don't have to cut out all the foods that I love! I highly recommend him as a coach!
This is my first time with a nutritionist, I thought counting macros was going to be so hard but Michael made it easy . Micheal is available to answers all of my questions and concerns when I need him. 10/10 would recommended!!
Micheal is the man! He’s so great. Micheal is so easy to talk to and very understanding. I love that I don’t feel judge by him and if I mess up he reminds me that I’m human and that it’s okay. 10/10 Would recommend him for your macros needs.
