I cannot even fully express the blatant incompetence shown by Diane who was our escrow coordinator. Her lack of communication and numerous errors almost caused my family and I to literally be homeless. She waits until the very last day to let us know we owe another $5500. We finally found this out after she casually mentioned that she was waiting on us to provide this mystery amount so that the house we were purchasing could close.
