I cannot even fully express the blatant incompetence shown by Diane who was our escrow coordinator. Her lack of communication and numerous errors almost caused my family and I to literally be homeless. She waits until the very last day to let us know we owe another $5500. We finally found this out after she casually mentioned that she was waiting on us to provide this mystery amount so that the house we were purchasing could close. They Handled my closing so smoothly! I was extremely happy with this company and its employees. Took about 45 mins to close and we were having a blast! The employees are very friendly and they are also extremely knowledgable. Highly recommend to anyone buying a home.
