I wish I’d seen the reviews first. The owner was so rude that I felt the need to apologize for whatever I did that made her angry and not like me. I explained that I wasn’t trying to be difficult that I didn’t understand everything that she was talking about so I was asking questions in order to understand. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from her, I called to ask if she’d had a chance to look at my taxes and she said no, she was still waiting for documents from me. Not a personal person, Not Whatsoever.. Did not work with me. Ask me any questions. Just handing me a bill of over $700. It left me in trouble with I r s.. AVOID, all costs unless you like, just wasting money.. Very disappointing, experience candy. Thank you for doing nothing. Absolutely nothing.. Lady, you know you did me wrong straight up!!!!!!! You didn't me severely wrong. Based on your little politics in that town and the people that you know huge.
Kandie has been wonderful for helping me with doing my taxes while I was living in an RV for years. She was always and still is helpful and patient and best of all, honest. Now l Iive in northern NM and I still send her my taxes! Liz Boomer
