I was able to schedule appointments very easily with Dr. Baker's flexible schedule and accommodating location options. I went to Krista to prepare for my first ever marathon. She analyzed my running gait and identified weaknesses in my running form. She used that information to make me a strength workout plan and a way to fix my run cadence. She analyzed my run before and after the strength training and cadence training, and my form improved and became more efficient.
