I've just completed the "Engaging Constructively in Challenging Conversations" weekend workshop facilitated by Mike Lowe (from Institute For Change) and Vadim Ragozin (from Turning Ground). Both facilitators were knowledgeable, wise, patient, caring and held space safely and firmly. The content was beautiful, "entry-level", wisdom for personal growth through the prism of creating connection (to self and others) and creativity through disagreement and curiosity. I recently completed the course, "Strengthening the Heart," with experienced facilitators Dr Petrina Barson and Vadim Ragozin. Petrina and Vadim created an environment where everyone felt safe, so there was incredibly deep sharing and wonderful discussions. The discussions were as thought-provoking as they were enlightening.
