Had a blocked milk duct, it felt like a rock and I was in pain. I have tried many home remedies as well as some massage but it did not help. I booked a physiotherapy session with Aparnaa from Cornerstone. We did breast ultrasound to heat up the breast tissue and the result was marvellous! Try physio if you have blocked milk duct during breast feeding!

I came to the clinic for BPPV and vestibular treatment. The experience was excellent. Love the cleanliness. My physiotherapist, Travis, was amazing. He listened to my symptoms and performed an assessment for a possible diagnosis of BPPV before beginning treatment. My symptoms improved after two sessions. The instructions for my home exercises were clear, practical, and easy to follow!
