WOW, what can I say about John, there wouldn't be enough space to write it all. I have been in a great deal of pain down my right glute & leg. I made the decision to ring Cornerstone and the incredible receptionist spoke to John and they fitted me into an appointment within 25 mins. Johns attention to detail & bedside manner was excellent, he asked all the questions to get to the right outcome. Great experience here, after a month of back pain, a thorough assessment and some movement manipulation in areas with advised stretches and my pain is almost totally gone. I can't believe it didn't take much and I'm feeling great. Highly recommend.
My Practitioner John is really good and explains to me everything clearly. Front desk was so accomodating as well. Highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻
