Dr. David and his team are fantastic at what they do. From ease of scheduling to the one on one care I was able to receive when I was injured, was phenomenal. To be listened to, and have things explained clearly and in an easy to understand way is how ALL doctors should strive to be. Kudos to Dr. David and his team at Cornerstone!

I have been seeing David and his therapists at Cornerstone for about two months for frozen shoulders with pain. They have been great! I am assigned to one therapist every time I visit and get their personal attention for the whole appointment. They have increased my range of motion from about 24% to over 90% and basically gotten rid of my pain. I cannot recommend them strongly enough!

Was in front of multiple Doctors for almost one year. Could not walk without pain. My 1st visit with Cornerstone PT, they had me figured out and diagnosed the issue. One week later was back to my old self. Been great ever since. Amazing service!!!

Good morning David Stallings. First off - OUTSTANDING work. I feel 100% better, Thank you Very much. I’d also like to say, Thank you for not treating me, and no doubt all your clients, like a number or car payment. Thank you for taking the time to check me out and figuring out what was the best course of action. A real treat to see a doctor who takes and puts the clients best interests to heart, over the almighty buck.

I was overall very happy with the care I received from Cornerstone in the Bluffton and Beaufort locations over the years. The fun and inviting staff brought knowledge wellness and a smile to every patient.
