I don't usually give reviews, but I feel the need to tell my Mother's experience. Mother has a knee replacement and was sent to Cornerstone for out-patient rehab. Rachel seemed fine at first. As time went on she seemed to losing patience with the fact she did not think the knee was doing as good as she thought it should be. She pushed down on my Mother's knee and would not stop even though Mother was saying she was hurting her. My mother was going to this facility for therapy for her knee replacement surgery.A therapist there named Rachel was rough with her in one of the sessions even though my mother told her she was hurting her.she wouldn't stop.it made my mother not want to go back to finish treatment.would not recommend this place!!

My Mom was coming here three times per week for therapy for a knee replacement. She decided to not go to her last two treatments because of the low quality of treatment at this facility. Her therapist Rachael didn’t seem to care about the pain she was putting my Mom thru ( she’s 84) so my Mom dreaded the treatments and won’t go back
