I have torn muscles and wasn't sure how much exercising and what exercising I could do. I asked for John and I was set up to see him 6 wks. I went in with horrible pain, came thru the 6wks with less pain, able to start a walking program, able to go to the gym with the understanding of what machines to use that will help me heal. Am so grateful for his understanding of our body, and patience in showing me proper exercising techniques. Sincerely grateful.
5 stars is an understatement. The whole Cornerstone team is simply amazing! They are all very easy going, easy to talk to and truly care. From them working with me and my difficult schedule, to mr asking a million questions, i could not be happier. If I ever need more pt help, I will be seeing them again. Thank you everyone for all your support and motivation!
I was treated at Cornerstone for "Tennis Elbow". The staff there were very welcoming and made appointments fit easily around my schedule. I had a good outcome and PT Kirby gave me many techniques I can use at home. Thanks!
