The technology they use is slick, but I have had trouble on several occasions getting assistance at CPS. They don't seem to answer the phone. Also, I have had questionable charges show on my invoice and I, again, have had difficulties getting assistance to determine what the charge is. It generally takes 2 days to get a response from customer service. I am disappointed with their customer service and will change my provider based on this.
