I am so pleased with the service that I received from Nannette Ashmore and Keisha Buchanan I received an incredible rate on a 15 year loan! The best part is that it was so easy. I'm being kind with the one star. If there was a negative option, I'd choose that for sure. We are a lenders wet dream. Trying to get a hold of this company is a joke. We set up direct payments with this company.....doing that took 43 days. Unacceptable on a basic level. During that time, with their error, we were sent foreclosure papers. No contact. All we had is that we pay more a month than what is asked . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
