I found this Lending Company to be very scattered and never explaining anything I got sent to sign . It was only email communication and only after i finally say Hey somebody needs to explain what the heck I'm signing and there was never any person connection between Lender, Broker or Real estate Agents . It has been my first time buying a home and I found them very non caring and very demanding on whatever they wanted but not explaining things to me until I finally complained.
