The Cornerstone team is excellent. I have worked with Wil and his team twice and been very impressed both times. A special thank you to Michele B who went above and beyond to get everything together in time for closing.
I originally started with another lender and was having difficulty with timely communication and getting approval documents needed for the real estate transaction. Like most, if not all reviewers, we were treated very well by Wil Harmsen and his staff at Cornerstone's Montrose office. They were friendly, proactive, thorough and able to get us the best financing possible. Wil has a sense of urgency about getting things done on time and he made sure my wife and I, as buyers, thoroughly understood every step of the process.
Wil and his team worked hard on getting us approved and into a home after being denied by 3 other mortgage lenders. Wil takes pride in what he does and cares about his clientele. Every situation is different, but if you have a tough situation, I assure you that Wil will do everything in his power to get you into the home you and your family needs. I would give Wil and his team a million stars if I could. We are very happy!! Thank you Wil!
Wil and the Cornerstone team were amazing to work with! They really went above and beyond to help my loan go through in a timely manner and always answered all of my questions and concerns (often times after business hours). My closing date was moved up unexpectedly and they worked hard to get my final loan approval earlier than expected. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family member.
