Shockingly rude CS I have faithfully paid my bills for over 11 years without being so much as one day late. Due to billing snaffoo on their part, I did not recieve a bill and overlooked the fact it did not arrive. Rec'd a disconnect notice day of disconnect. Called to clear up the issue and explain what happened. CS was catty and rude, rather than with respect and politeness. Electricity This has been my electric company for years. They are always friendly and helpful if the power goes out. The have just added bill paying through there website which makes it even easier to pay my bill.
