Over 3 weeks plus the extra 2 before and had confirmed appointment for today between 9am and 12pm. It is almost 7pm and no answer, call or information.

Going on the 5th attempt to get my couch fixed. 1. 1st time the guy texted two hours before the appointment time frame to say he was 20 minutes out. I couldn’t leave work because he decided to be early. 2. second time the technician was out sick. 3. third time was my fault I thought I clicked the confirmation 4. After an email on the 20th confirming i’m available any day after 3:30 I still haven’t heard from them by today the 26th even though my insurance said the appt was moved to 11/25. still no one came.
