Lots of equipment in working order. Many work-out rooms. Spa. Pool. Nice changing rooms with showers and free towel service. Staff is ok. I don't need any help, so checking me in quickly is all that I expect from them and they do that well. Could use a bigger, younger clientele, but it's fine working out with older folks.
Total waste of time there are better gyms probably that don't descriminate people's disabilities and have staff that suck at accepting people for who they are. I don't recommend this gym for anyone with autism or any disability
It is a nice place. But I find the staff not very helpful and rude.
