Was first told “get your wire request in by 2:30 and it will be done that day.” Found out that’s not true on a “busy” day, like a Monday. Got it in by 1:00 with verbal confirmation at around 4:00. I was ASSURED that funds would be transferred the next morning. Found out 20 minutes before closing on our house that funds had not been received; we were unable to finish closing. The reason?
