Always curtious
IThe new online banking is very annoying, everything is PENDING, there can be 5 payments pending and only 2 or 3 are subtracted from my balance so I have to physically sit and figure it out instead of just logging in and seeing that everything is okay and my auto deposit doesn't show what date my check will be entered into my account
After 20 years of banking with Cornerstone Credit Union I have decided to close my account. Constantly issues, deposits seem to fail often. I'm always on the phone with them. When speaking with Denise today about my failed deposit, I stated I am taking my business elsewhere. She responded by laughing. I would like to give 0 stars. TERRIBLE BANK
Worst bank ever...... They never answer their phones. There's always long lines, and there's only two rude people working in the front. We've tried numerous times to do our shared branching, and they always say the system is down.
The people who work in that place are not very friendly.
