Been through a lot of banks in my life. Cornerstone is the best...
Spoke with someone that said card services would have to fix something on the back end and to give it 5 minutes. Well it’s been almost a hour and it’s not resolved. Tried calling back in and after waiting for someone to pick up was told to leave a message. It’s crazy I can’t use my own money as I choose. I shouldn’t have to have them fix anything.

IThe new online banking is very annoying, everything is PENDING, there can be 5 payments pending and only 2 or 3 are subtracted from my balance so I have to physically sit and figure it out instead of just logging in and seeing that everything is okay and my auto deposit doesn't show what date my check will be entered into my account
