We talk to (Mrs-Cruz)about our HELOC loan, made an appointment ,gave her all the paperwork that they requested,, it's been 61 days now I haven't had one phone call ,,was (COMPLETELY GHOSTED )we're sitting here with a (798 CREDIT SCORE),, 💯 PERCENT UNEDUCATED,, RUDE,, AND IS NOT QUALIFIED FOR HER POSITION, there are great credit unions out there, this Bank pacifically is not one of them,,, BEWARE!!!

Horrible experience with this credit union . every time i needed to call to get assistance . I always got the run around , never any direct answers in first call . I lost a check after closing the account and was told the money would Just be lost, even if the check had not been cashed within 60 days .
