We just had excellent customer service from Susan Tagman at the Webster branch. She spent at least 30 min. with us, helping us set up our rewards login. This is why we stay with cornerstone!
Zak and Ian at the Webster branch are both Knowledgeable, approachable and most helpful tellers. I was recently hospitalized and had fraud on my bank card. I went to bank and Zak took the time to review all charges and let me know about a company not to order from. I went back and could not thank him enough. I believe he is an excellent person to promote this bank. I always feel confident with Zak and Ian. Thanks again Cornerstone Bank.
