I love going to this bank the tellers are good especially Megan she makes my day so good and helps me with a smile
This branch is very nice. The staff seem to take a customer's security very seriously. They required a document to be signed so I could deal with a family member's account. This branch is just off Rt 20 westbound across Rt 20 from a CVS at a traffic light. Handicapped accessible but no powered doors.
Have been banking with Cornerstone for a long time and the bank before the merger. Always have had an amazing experience whether it's the Charlton or Spencer locations. Everybody has always been very friendly and helpful with everything. The bank has a small town feel to it and I love that!
Been banking here for years, first time i was given a hard time for depositing check for S/O, and received poor customer service from young brown haired women.
