If you are looking for a home loan go elsewhere. I was involved in a recent closing at this that was significantly delayed because the lender did not do their job. When we asked when at estimated time would be, they would not respond nor give us a timeline. They had plenty of time to complete the transaction and everyone was waiting on them.
You need to update your website to reflect your ACTUAL hours. I just wasted a 30 mile drive each way to find out you are closed, despite the website showing that you are open.
