Recently I forgot and misplaced my Cornerstone password. A simple call to Nicole was all it took to get me back on line, complete with new password (which I recorded safely). Total time spent... less than five minutes. Also, I have twice had a debit card compromised. I informed the bank in Parshall and had a new card in 10 minutes.
I love banking at my hometown bank! Everyone knows you by name and you know theirs. Always a personal and professional experience!
