Started my account in Minot and having problems and they can’t do anything without me going to a branch at least 1 hour away by uber. That’s ridiculous.
People are great. Service is great. My only hang up is the online banking platform. I get locked out of my account every 6-8 weeks and need to call customer support to reset my password.
I love my bank haa such a personable feel like thirty years ago when I signed up there.
