I've been banking here for 4 years. I originally opened an account with them because they are a small community Bank. They have changed their hours to close at 4 every day of the week. Not open on weekends. Customer service has consistently gone down hill. Don't hold your breath while waiting for a debit card; you might die before it arrives. Just overall poor experience. I'm tired of dealing with them and am looking into other banking options.

I signed up because it was a small bank with no corporate BS. Now I talk to a computer, sit on hold for half an hour, wait for corporate approval to increase my debit card spending, they want to know what I’m buying with my money before increasing the limit so I can make a purchase. It’s a complete hassle to deal with this bank and it has 2 locations in Georgia. I was okay with all that before the corporate policies kicked in.
