Horrible all around. Fraud detection doesn't work, hours are impossible to work with if you're employed full time, the people all seem to be snotty, mobile deposit doesn't work, they're spending a bunch of money for a new location, the mortgage department is a joke, and they're just bad at business. They'll be replaced sooner than later, just like the previous bank was.
The people are great
Edited Review: The previous bank here is now owned by a different company. Prices have been raised, employees that were long standing have been let go. The current staffing is a quarter of what it used to be and it shows.
