I used this bank in the past for my vehicle loans and had a great experience. This time around, I called and called to get another loan and was always told Victor was at lunch and would call back. Never received a call and I followed up a few times and was told the same thing. Not sure what changed, but I’ll take my business elsewhere where they actually call back and work with me. Hate to see customer service go down on this place.
I go to Corner Stone Union all the time, tellers are really friendly and I really like going there they make me laugh every now and then
