Nice store with a wide selection, you'll definitely find something you'll like here. However, make sure to have a US-issued ID with you. Our valid German passport was not accepted, the nice cashier even called his supervisor. Apparently, by Ohio State law they can only accept US issued IDs. Not sure which law the mean because the Ohio Revised Code § 4301.639 explicitly allows foreign passports. Other stores happily sold us beer using the valid German passport :D
We’ve had multiple negative experiences due to an employee who is consistently rude, hostile, and unprofessional. As long-time OTE residents, we truly value supporting local businesses, but unfortunately we can no longer support this one. If you look through other reviews, you’ll see a pattern of similar complaints about this same employee. We hope the owner takes this seriously— bad employees hurt good business
