After my favorite bike was as good as destroyed in an accident I needed a new bike, and that was going to be an e-assisted one. (I can't keep up anymore with my friends...) My old bike had a custom frame, and George went out of his way to find the closest possible match. I ended up with a Trek Madone. When it finally arrived adapting it to my needs became a very pleasant afternoon. I'm in cycling heaven!
Rex was so incredibly knowledgeable & willing to teach! He showed me how to swap out my petals and then talked me through regular maintenance and any other concerns I had. Will definitely be back with more questions - ready to learn as much as I can soak up!
This summer, I had to get my bike repaired and they knocked it out for a fair price and a quality job. Just bumped into them at a cyclocross race at the Cape Cod fairgrounds. Thank you for what you do.
