The first guy that sold me the bike was nice and knew his stuff. After the sale was made and I returned they were rude and didnt offer any advice when I asked them. The paper they gave me says free basic adjustments (plural) for a year. I rode my bike down there and asked about having advice/help adjusting the rear derailer cable since it wasnt set tight after first hour ride.
