2024 update: A new low. Cornell Parking has failed to both manage available permits, and to scale parking with university growth. Employees continue to pay the university and ever-growing fee in order to be physically present at work. But this year (and likely for a long time), parking has done approximately zero planning to ensure that employees actually have a place to park. I was ticketed for parking in a space I paid to park in. I have never been to a ParkMobile site where you can pay for time in a space and be ticketed for using that time. I sent multiple emails that were ignored. I called and went in person as well, but everyone kept saying they weren’t responsible.

Definitely some of the worst staff on campus, wonder what went wrong in their lives so these people end up working in this department. The person on their front desk can be quite disrespectful at times. They are making parking difficult for both staff and students, and turning every possible spot into parkmobile. I wonder if Pollack has set out some KPIs for these people so they give out as many tickets as possible.
