By far the worst tax filing experience I've ever had! I hired Donellen Cornelius to complete my 2020 taxes. Donellen was terrible at communicating, missed calls, would not return calls after voicemails were left to check on status of my tax return, would not answer emails promptly. It was VERY stressful dealing with her. It gets better, after months of following up and finally getting in touch with her, she advised my taxes were ready to be filed and just needed form 8879 signed.
