Terrible customer service. Do not buy if you ever want to purchase replacement parts. They expect you to replace the entire product. Update. I have noticed your response. Please be advised: I recently purchased two chairs and was initially informed there would be a 40-minute wait for pickup. After waiting an hour, I checked in with the warehouse, only to be told it would be another hour — and that two-hour waits had been consistent throughout the day. Clear and accurate communication regarding wait times is essential, and I believe customers should be kept better informed to manage expectations effectively.
