Worst customer service and products
If I could give a smaller # for a review I would. I have never been treated so disrespectfuly. I bought on in 2021 and loved it. The fabric finally wore out in 2025. I wanted another one because I liked it. found one I wanted with a stand and tried to order. It kept eliminating the stand on check out. I inquired and was told " sorry that colour doesn't come with a stand. We made an error". OK.....not ok. I ordered it anyway. I used it occasionally for 2 months. I bought a 10-foot sun umbrella with the big stand. Two seasons in, It broke. The sun umbrella cannot tilt or untilt anymore. When I look inside there's a plastic piece that holds the tension that broke and got completely destroyed. I've reached out to them. They just said the same thing that they say to everybody else: "Sorry we are out of parts. Good luck, your warranty is out."
The manager was very friendly and staff is very helpful.
