I bought a 10-foot sun umbrella with the big stand. Two seasons in, It broke. The sun umbrella cannot tilt or untilt anymore. When I look inside there's a plastic piece that holds the tension that broke and got completely destroyed. I've reached out to them. They just said the same thing that they say to everybody else: "Sorry we are out of parts. Good luck, your warranty is out."
The manager was very friendly and staff is very helpful.
There are some great deals on outdoor furniture here. I think they are closing so stuff is deeply discounted.
