Never come to this place to Pick up the load. They loaded it incorrectly. I went back to the shipper and said, can we somehow secure this and then reload it, because otherwise the load will fall off. To which he replied, I’m not going to do that. I asked him, please do it. He said, you’ve already signed the paperwork, now you’re responsible for this load, I’m not going to do anything, he said.
Won’t honor warranty. Had an issue with a $200 dresser which got a broken drawer. They want me to pay for shipping for parts. If the shipping wasn’t 25% of the products I’d gladly pay. $50 for shipping for a defective product is insane.
