I have had an excellent experience at this clinic. Gina and Deb at reception are consistently warm, welcoming, and exceptionally helpful. Jordan, the physiotherapist, demonstrates great care and professionalism, always taking the time to explain conditions clearly and discuss the most appropriate treatment options. Maddi, the hand therapist, is highly supportive and compassionate, with a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her patients. I highly recommend their services.
Jordan has a positive and approachable attitude and is sincerely motivated to help his clientele. As a Remedial massage therapist I can say that Jordan knows his craft and isn't hesitant in applying a hands on approach, utilising soft tissue therapy as part of his treatments when appropriate.
