If I could leave no star I definitely would, very unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t answer the phone after services have been paid and threatens to change results when you confront her.

I was assigned the Dr for an appointment with Veterans Evaluation Services. It could not have started off worse. Her initial presence was unwelcoming. She stormed through the front door and then slammed the front office door. When she called me back for my appointment she used the wrong first name, Jim, at least it started with the same letter. When I told her my wife was her to help she simply said no and that I had to have a mask it was the rules. I told her I didn’t have a mask. Her only reply was you have to reschedule. ... read more

She is the most arrogant, stubborn, mean person I have ever met. She made a mistake on the dates of the signatures which almost terminated my wife’s immigration application. When we told her that we needed a corrected date and a new form, she made us wait for 2 hours and 40min to get the new paper. Knowing that she makes mistakes, when we checked the paperwork, she made another mistakes on 3, 4 different spots with dates. When we confronted her again, she was never once apologized.
