Corey Kennedy Photography took our AYSO league's Fall pictures. Many orders were lost and never showed up. We received an email offering a vague attempt at rectifying the situation which gave the option of confirming they had our correct photos OR providing a refund. Not only was the photo they sent in this email NOT my child, after 1 phone call and 3 emails over several weeks, I still have yet to receive any response or a refund. I have been trying to contact Corey since 11/13/2021 about my missing pictures that were taken in September but no response. I've called, emailed and texted several times. I did receive pictures in the mail but they were not mine. Extremely disappointed. 1 other parent is also missing pictures as well.
I love taking pictures and as someone who is very particular about how I want my pictures to look, I know I can always trust Corey with my photos. I could tell right away that Corey has a lot of experience in this business. At our first shoot, he helped me out with striking different poses and getting the lighting of the photo exactly how I want it to look.
