I had a great experience at this clinic, and I especially want to highlight the receptionist Sandra !!! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly kind. She made the check-in process smooth and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. My experience working with Corelife, including scheduling, has been pleasant and professional. The initial provider I saw, I was not satisfied with. Thankfully they worked with me and happily switched me to someone different. That changed my entire view. I want to add that I really appreciate Ms.Courtney, Ms. Sandra and the front desk. When you walk in the door at CoreLife Bowie you feel like you’ve walked into your favorite place where the greetings are warm, the smiles are big and the staff is friendly. Ms. Courtney is amazing in person but a pleasure to watch do her job while you wait. She’s thinking of and taking care of EVERYBODY diligently. I had a very disappointing experience with CoreLife Racetrack Road — not once, but twice now. I originally had a bad experience here about two years ago, and unfortunately nothing seems to have improved. My doctor referred me again and scheduled an appointment. I took time off and traveled to the location, only to be told at the front desk that my appointment had been canceled. No call, no text, no email — nothing. My team is the BEST! Candice, Silver and Constance. They always keep me motivated and I love it! I will be a lean mean machine. Sandra and DJ always greet clients in a very welcoming way and have a great personality.
