I have been trying to get an initial appointment for over a month. I have left messages, come in person, received a call from corporate and from another location. And still no appointment. I am very perplexed. A friend goes there and lost 70 lbs, but it is like we are living in 2 different universes.

I have been a patient of Corelife for 1 year begin with Michelle Starkey in Silver Spring then to Priscilla in Bowie. Both of this CRNP's are caring, informativing providers absolutely awesome.. I had a failed gastric bypass, my health chart numbers put me at pre diabetic, I was depressed and faced many health challenges. I begin taking Mounjaro and following my provider instructions. 10 months later all of my numbers were great I had shedded 60 lbs as I countinued Mounjaro and exercising. This company was very unprofessional with billing issues. At my first appointment I specifically asked for clarification on coverage and if it was covered by my insurance. I’ve gone for 5 different appointments and paid $40 copay each time! I have a diagnosis of obesity AND pre-diabetes. On my last visit on 11/11 I was told I had a bill of $761 due. No explanation! And the billing department at the corporate office is even worse. They keep giving me the run around instead of correcting the claims for my insurance. Still have... read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE, THEY ARE A SCAM OR ARE EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have yet to have when interacting with a doctor or medical company. My wife was referred to this practice, and before she engaged them for services, she asked them to verify that the insurance would cover most of the cost and was told there they would cover most of the cost by the personnel running the front desk.
