My team is the BEST! Candice, Silver and Constance. They always keep me motivated and I love it! I will be a lean mean machine. Sandra and DJ always greet clients in a very welcoming way and have a great personality.
Had my first appointment today with nurse Joy and she was amazing. She took her time and explained everything to me in detail. She listened to my concerns and gave me solutions to help me achieve my weight loss goals. We created a plan and set some small achievable goals for my next visit. I look forward to working with her she is truly a gem.
The staff is not concerned about patients. Supposed to get a call outlining what my costs would be prior to my first visit. Never received the call. When I arrived at the location, nurse Joy rudely said that discussing costs was out of her realm and insisted it was impossible for anyone to tell me what I would be responsible for. Update 2/17/25.This is my 2nd visit with NP Joy. Joy Peterson is a great asset. She listens carefully and understands what's needed for success in the program. She's also very concerned about how clients are treated. I have been trying to get an initial appointment for over a month. I have left messages, come in person, received a call from corporate and from another location. And still no appointment. I am very perplexed. A friend goes there and lost 70 lbs, but it is like we are living in 2 different universes.
