I agree with the posts below that Emily rocks...but unfortunately she's not there anymore due to a personality power trip from the top heavy management team. Then, we get bills for services rendered months earlier showing co-pays due where there weren't before because CoreLife changed their billing affiliations. No worries though - won't affect what you pay per their CFO. Nope. Not the case.
