Core Life at Thomasville has been my life saver. I've had severe back pain from a herniated disc. Sometime around February of this year, the orthopedic surgeon recommended a back surgery to relieve me of the pain. However, since I was obese, I decided to lose the weight, and if that doesn't help with the back pain, then I will consider the surgical procedure as my very last resort. Hence, I joined Core Life. I did nothing but gain weight from stress from these people. They say my insurance covers it and I don’t owe anything then try to bill me $600. The front desk is very nice nothing against them at all. But the people who actually try and work with you don’t want to be there. It’s just a job to them. I gained weight going there and was put on a medicine that made my heart rate sky rocket and has had a hard time coming down since then. They don’t care and they are rude. This is just a money scam. I am a patient at the Trinity location. I have had very much success with the program. All of the staff are very helpful with helping me achieve my weight loss goals I am in the maintenance phase. I work out at the gym to three times a week. I am very happy with the program and my results. The staff is still available to me at any time that I may need. I weighed 248 pounds when I started this Program at the end of March 2022. I have followed this Program with the Nena and Leeann for nutrition. They were great to me and I have lost a total of 112 pounds. I have recommended the program to all of my friends and then some. The office staff and all the people in this location are so good and sweet. I owe this company and people so much. I have my life back again. I'm really sad that the state is no longer going to help with its employees to get healthier.
