I'm happy with my overall progress. The team has helped me get back to my prepandemic weight. Loved the personal training with Shawn. He's leaving. I'm really going to miss him. Too bad Novant didn't try to keep him. I like everyone else in the office as well. My reason for not giving a 5 stars is that the powers to be, corporate, CEO, etc only seem to care about the money instead of the needs of the clientele. The front desk staff needs proper training and supervision. Not friendly or organized. They handed me a tablet to fill out info that had 100 greasy fingerprints on it, in the midst of Covid!! I had to ask them to sanitize and they acted as if I shouldn’t have. The attend provided me the wrong appointment time for the second visit. I arrived 8 min late, I called and informed them the school bus was late and they told me to come.
