Update: Nothing has changed since my last review. The front desk staff are very unprofessional. I wanted to give Core Life a chance, but the front desk staff's demeanor is a deterrent. I’m going to give one star for now. I’m not an established patient yet but I’m already experiencing poor customer service. A male staff left a voicemail saying I have to confirm my appointment or I will be charged but I called twice and no one answered the phone so how do I supposed to confirm my appointment if no one is answering? Very bad customer service.
Everyone here has always been very welcoming & supportive! Personal Trainers EmmaLee & Donte have been essential in keeping me committed to my fitness routine! They have taken the the time to understand my goals and create a plan that's both challenging and sustainable. Their expertise, support, and personalized approach keep me motivated and actually enjoying the process. I have fun!
