Very bad customer service.
Everyone here has always been very welcoming & supportive! Personal Trainers EmmaLee & Donte have been essential in keeping me committed to my fitness routine! They have taken the the time to understand my goals and create a plan that's both challenging and sustainable. I’m going to give one star for now. I’m not an established patient yet but I’m already experiencing poor customer service. A male staff left a voicemail saying I have to confirm my appointment or I will be charged but I called twice and no one answered the phone so how do I supposed to confirm my appointment if no one is answering? If I get charged, I will dispute it. It seems like the customer service department is making core life look bad
Great place! Worth the wait! Someone cancelled and I was next in line which moved my appointment up significantly! Have been a client here for about a year now. My insurance recently changed and the staff and supervisor helped me come up with the best cost effective solution! I would definitely recommend this place! The only thing I’m not a fan of is having an appointment booked every 5 weeks as opposed to 4 weeks because it messes up my med schedule by a few days but that’s probably bc of the busy providers and not necessar... read more
